Plan your visit

The garden is open from 8am to 7pm, with last admission at 6.30pm. It closes on Mondays unless the day is a designated public holiday. Admission is free.

Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults normally enter with a child; consult the visitor desk for other arrangements.

Current closure

The Tree House is closed because of termite damage. NParks currently hopes to reopen a replacement around the end of 2027. Check the official notice before visiting and plan around the other areas of the garden.
